Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features that impact thousands of clients
- Bridge the gap between complex datasets and intuitive user experiences
- Leverage AI to automate the "administrative drag" of public affairs
- Be a key architect of the unified codebase, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and cutting-edge tools
- Ship first piece of code to production within the first week
- Work across the stack (infrastructure, APIs, UI) within the first month
- Take full ownership of a feature set within the first six months
- Guide the team on broad technical decisions that shape the stack and company growth within the first year
