Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Experience working with Azure Data Factory and the Microsoft data ecosystem
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline design
- Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to define architecture and guide implementation within small to mid-sized teams
- Advanced English level - C1
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the implementation of scalable and efficient data architectures aligned with business goals
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions, defining clear specifications and data models
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams
- Act as the technical leader within a cross-functional team, guiding a Data Engineer, Power BI specialist, and Product stakeholders
- Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines and workflows using Azure-based tools
- Ensure best practices in data governance, data quality, and performance optimization
- Enable and support data visualization initiatives, particularly through Power BI
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform toward advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities
