Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow modules based on business requirements
- Develop workflows, integrations, and custom applications using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine / Creator Workflows
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and OOTB functionality
- Translate German-language requirements into technical solutions
- Define platform architecture and technical roadmap (Architect level)
- Ensure CMDB health and alignment with CSDM (Architect level)
- Govern platform standards and scalability (Architect level)
