- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Strong experience in process mapping and documentation
- Ability to analyze data and define complex business rules
- Solid understanding of API architecture and microservices
- English C1 level
Responsibilities
- Conduct business and system analysis for new features and enhancements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation
- Model and optimize business processes (BPMN, UML)
- Collaborate closely with development teams (.NET, React) on API design and system integrations
- Participate in refinement sessions, workshops, and sprint planning
- Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to enhance documentation and analysis efficiency
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and project progress
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English (C1 level required)
