Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow engineering, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or similar platforms)
- Basic to intermediate programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using AI tools and platforms
- Identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies, then develop solutions to optimize them
- Build and maintain integrations across tools (CRM, marketing platforms, databases, etc.)
- Develop AI-powered systems (chatbots, data pipelines, internal tools, etc.)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing automations for performance and reliability
- Document processes, workflows, and system architecture
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices
