Requirements

  • Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English
  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or telemarketing
  • Comfortable with manual dialing systems and persistent calling
  • Previous experience selling financial products or working in business finance (preferred)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Secondary diploma or relevant sales experience is acceptable
  • Quick learner with interest in financial services and lending
  • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Teams experience (preferred)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proactive approach and strong work ethic
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients using a manual dialer
  • Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and explain financial products effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM
  • Follow up on inquiries and build long-term relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Continuously learn about products, the financial industry, and market trends
