Requirements
- Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or telemarketing
- Comfortable with manual dialing systems and persistent calling
- Previous experience selling financial products or working in business finance (preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Secondary diploma or relevant sales experience is acceptable
- Quick learner with interest in financial services and lending
- Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Teams experience (preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools
Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients using a manual dialer
- Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and explain financial products effectively
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM
- Follow up on inquiries and build long-term relationships with prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Continuously learn about products, the financial industry, and market trends
