Requirements

  • 5 - 10+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in developer tools, infrastructure, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, workflows, or AI infrastructure (ideally)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Hands-on expertise with performance marketing (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads a must)
  • Experience with ABM and event marketing
  • Expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and BI tools
  • Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
  • Builder mentality
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in a fast-paced, remote startup
  • Experience working in a dynamic international environment with employees and customers spread throughout the globe
  • Genuine passion for developer marketing and open-source-adjacent ecosystems (big plus)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies and campaigns (paid media, content syndication, email nurturing, webinars, and ABM) that consistently deliver qualified leads and pipeline
  • Own performance marketing channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and content promotion — continuously testing, optimizing, and scaling for ROI and pipeline velocity
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close partnership with Sales to accelerate high-value opportunities
  • Drive organic growth by delivering strong SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) results
  • Optimize website content, technical structure, and assets to improve visibility in traditional search engines as well as AI-powered answer engines
  • Build, maintain, and present comprehensive reporting dashboards covering campaign performance, pipeline attribution, MQL-to-SQL conversion, event ROI, social engagement, SEO/AEO performance, and overall marketing contribution to revenue
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to marketing, sales, and executive leadership on a regular cadence
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Product Marketing team to align campaigns with product positioning, develop technically accurate and compelling messaging, co-create content and assets, and ensure all demand programs resonate deeply with platform engineers, AI/ML teams, and enterprise infrastructure buyers
  • Act as a data-driven builder: experiment relentlessly, measure everything, and iterate quickly to scale what works in a resource-efficient startup environment
  • Proactively create and lead AI strategies for all dimensions of Marketing using AI-tools (Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate top-of-funnel growth and optimize for conversion
