Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience or strong interest in highly-regulated industries, life-science, or "service design" preferred
  • Passion for delivering effective and elegant products and services that solve customer problems
  • Ability to engage directly with customers for discovery interviews, user research, feedback collection, and validation of product concepts and prototypes
  • Strong product design skills with ability to create wireframes, user flows, and work collaboratively on design solutions
  • An approachable and collaborative working style with a rigorous mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
  • Experience planning and managing successful launch and adoption of work
  • Fluent in working in agile development environments
  • Experience with AI – understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations
  • Experience integrating AI features into products
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows
  • Ability to communicate AI value propositions to stakeholders
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Datadog, Quicksight) preferred
  • Ability to set up tracking and measurement frameworks preferred
  • Experience analyzing user behavior data to inform product decisions preferred
  • Experience in a medical device, SaMD, or other highly regulated industry (e.g. pharma, biotech) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Refine and deeply understand customer problems
  • Synthesise existing feedback, customer interviews, and usage data into clear problem definitions and confident solution proposals
  • Lead solution design in close collaboration with Engineering, from early concepts through to shipped products
  • Demonstrate compelling and confident storytelling that surfaces assumptions and difficult decisions but also aligns stakeholders around solutions
  • Work within a supported structure alongside a Staff Product Manager, taking ownership of problems and driving them through solution design and delivery
  • Grow into taking on broader problem spaces and contributing to roadmap planning across product areas
  • Work collaboratively across EPD, and with key partners in Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Sales
