Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience or strong interest in highly-regulated industries, life-science, or "service design" preferred
- Passion for delivering effective and elegant products and services that solve customer problems
- Ability to engage directly with customers for discovery interviews, user research, feedback collection, and validation of product concepts and prototypes
- Strong product design skills with ability to create wireframes, user flows, and work collaboratively on design solutions
- An approachable and collaborative working style with a rigorous mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
- Experience planning and managing successful launch and adoption of work
- Fluent in working in agile development environments
- Experience with AI – understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations
- Experience integrating AI features into products
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows
- Ability to communicate AI value propositions to stakeholders
- Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Datadog, Quicksight) preferred
- Ability to set up tracking and measurement frameworks preferred
- Experience analyzing user behavior data to inform product decisions preferred
- Experience in a medical device, SaMD, or other highly regulated industry (e.g. pharma, biotech) preferred
Responsibilities
- Refine and deeply understand customer problems
- Synthesise existing feedback, customer interviews, and usage data into clear problem definitions and confident solution proposals
- Lead solution design in close collaboration with Engineering, from early concepts through to shipped products
- Demonstrate compelling and confident storytelling that surfaces assumptions and difficult decisions but also aligns stakeholders around solutions
- Work within a supported structure alongside a Staff Product Manager, taking ownership of problems and driving them through solution design and delivery
- Grow into taking on broader problem spaces and contributing to roadmap planning across product areas
- Work collaboratively across EPD, and with key partners in Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Sales
