Requirements
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to develop simple solutions using Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries
- Knowledge of how to do RESTful API calls
- Ability to debug and investigate issues raised by merchants and Trustly's teams
- Ability to quality assures the new features delivered provided by Product will suffice Merchant's needs
- Experience in merchant operations, technical customer support role, or Software QA role
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud Computing, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Database queries
- Previous knowledge of mobile platforms (plus)
- Previous experience in cloud software development (plus)
- Previous knowledge of payments services (plus)
Responsibilities
- Be a point of escalation for the Merchant Services team on internal technology and third party processing partner issues
- Work with Dev/Product Support to resolve escalated issues from the Operations and Integrations teams
- Be a liaison between Dev/Product and Merchant Services teams
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in existing and new Trustly technology for all Trustly teams
- Share Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge on multiple channels: a ticketing system, public forums, online chat, social networks, client calls, and more
- Work on Account Configuration and Operational tasks to support the Integrations team
- Be part of a 24/7 service in support of the Merchant Services team
- Create and maintain documentation
