Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in change management or business process improvement, or directly related cross-functional discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process change initiatives from inception through full organizational adoption.
- Prior experience establishing or scaling an operational process function within a growth-stage organization.
- Proficiency in process documentation methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex operational concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated capacity to influence stakeholders and build alignment across organizational levels without direct authority.
- Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or equivalent process improvement certification (preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable certification (preferred).
- Experience developing and delivering formal training programs or instructional content at an organizational level (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead organization-wide initiatives to standardize and centralize operational processes.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to assess current-state workflows, develop scalable process frameworks, and drive sustainable adoption through structured change management practices.
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, encompassing current-state analysis, solution design, implementation planning, and post-deployment evaluation.
- Develop, maintain, and govern a centralized repository of process documentation, including standard operating procedures, playbooks, and workflow diagrams.
- Manage cross-functional project plans, stakeholder engagement, and milestone tracking to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of improvement initiatives.
- Design and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder communication plans, training curricula, and adoption monitoring frameworks.
- Conduct structured process assessments to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for standardization across business units.
- Establish and report on key performance indicators to measure process health, initiative progress, and the sustained impact of improvement efforts.
- Facilitate working sessions and workshops with stakeholders at all organizational levels to drive alignment and inform process design decisions.
