Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of the platform, ensuring high-quality execution
- Guide architectural decisions and technical strategy, including AI/ML integration
- Drive development of omnichannel communication capabilities across SMS, email, WhatsApp, and telephony
- Ensure robust integrations with enterprise campus systems such as SIS, LMS, and CRM platforms
- Promote operational excellence by improving automation and enhancing platform efficiency
- Maintain strong security, compliance, and governance standards, including SOC2, FERPA, GDPR, and HIPAA
