Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, software development, or AI-related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for scripting and backend development
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude) and prompt engineering techniques
- Experience integrating and working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, maintainable systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in distributed, global teams
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, and custom API integrations
- Developing AI-driven solutions leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) for process automation and decision support
- Building integrations between CRMs (such as HubSpot or Salesforce), internal tools, and third-party applications
- Writing backend logic and scripts using Python and/or JavaScript to support advanced automation use cases
- Optimizing workflows for lead generation, customer engagement, and support operations using AI tools
- Monitoring, debugging, and improving automation reliability, scalability, and performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new automation opportunities
- Staying updated with emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and best practices
