Job Details

7+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced company.
Experience with data platforms, customer engagement platforms, or streaming applications.
Proficiency in the big data ecosystem e.g. Kafka, ElasticSearch, Clickhouse, Spark, Presto/Athena, or similar technologies.
Technically savvy and experienced with the cloud, APIs, communications, enterprise software, data reliability, and ETL techniques.
Customer oriented approach.
Background in Data Governance, including cataloging metadata, data reliability, sensitive data classification and access management.
Ability to solicit customer requirements from many - often opposing - sources, prioritize, and work with engineering and design to deliver.
Experience with a data insights product with a large user base.
Strategic problem solver and flourish operating in broad scope, from conception through continuous operation of 24x7 services.
Solved sophisticated problems and have the aptitude to navigate uncharted waters.
Collaborative approach and ability to work with distributed, cross-functional teams.
Great communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience required.

Drive Data Insights and Twilio's Data Governance initiatives.
Champion customer-facing product development that will reduce time to insights.
Own the cradle to grave product lifecycle for insights platforms.
Understand the needs of our end customers in the global communications market and build a platform to help internal teams manage and leverage their data to derive meaningful insights.
Support Data Governance initiative for data pipelines and insights products, working with product managers and engineering counterparts across various organizations and stakeholders.
