Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical or creative production teams
- Proven experience leading large teams (40+ specialists/trainers) in a structured delivery environment
- Strong project management skills (task allocation, tracking, reporting)
- Experience working with CAD, 3D modeling, animation, video, or similar domains
- Working knowledge of parametric modeling, non-destructive workflows, and native file structures
- Experience implementing quality control processes and performance tracking systems
- Strong documentation, process design, and operational management skills
- Ability to manage large teams in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Practical understanding of creative/CAD production workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~45 specialists across multiple technical domains
- Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Establish and enforce quality standards for native files, exports, and documentation
- Review deliverables for structure, reproducibility, and adherence to guidelines
- Standardize workflows, file organization, and submission processes across tools
- Conduct quality audits and manage rework cycles where needed
- Implement and maintain performance tracking and reporting systems
- Collaborate across teams working on CAD, 3D, animation, and related domains
- Drive operational improvements and ensure consistency across all outputs
- Provide regular reporting on delivery, quality, and team performance to stakeholders
