Requirements
- 4–6+ years of paid media experience
- At least 2 years in B2B SaaS or lead generation environments
- 2+ years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Deep expertise in Google Ads
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and additional paid channels
- Proven experience managing significant monthly ad budgets
- Driving measurable performance outcomes (ROAS, CPL, CAC)
- Strong understanding of full-funnel B2B marketing, including demand generation, ABM, and pipeline-focused strategies
- Ability to translate campaign performance into clear, business-oriented insights for clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with GA4
- Familiarity with GTM
- Familiarity with HubSpot
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Strong communication, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Leading paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels for B2B SaaS clients
- Managing full-funnel campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes, including budgeting, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing
- Collaborating with SEO and content teams to design integrated growth programs that combine organic and paid performance
- Building attribution frameworks, performance reporting, and client-facing insights that connect media spend to business impact
- Developing playbooks, SOPs, reporting structures, and scalable processes to define the agency’s paid media offering
- Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business initiatives through audits and proposals
- Contributing to the hiring and onboarding of future paid media team members as the function scales
