  • License/state experience in California
  • SIP certification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in claims management software
  • Previous workers compensation adjusting experience (e.g., taking statements, paying lost wage benefits, filing state forms, denying claims, subrogation, litigation)
  • Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions
