Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, or related roles
- Experience working with marketing and reporting systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), Power BI, Cvent, and SharePoint
- Strong operational discipline with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong quality assurance mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
- Experience supporting executive-level engagement programs and high-touch events
- Familiarity with campaign performance tracking and opportunity influence reporting
- Experience with executive communications, reporting, or leadership presentations
- Prior experience working with Cisco environments or related programs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage core Field Marketing trackers, ensuring real-time accuracy and usability for sales and marketing teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enrich account data, resolve gaps, and ensure alignment across programs
- Create and manage campaign infrastructure including campaign codes, meeting IDs, and program tracking hubs
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, opportunity alignment, and nomination pipelines
- Perform QA across reporting tools, dashboards, and data inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support pre- and post-event reporting, analyzing data to inform targeting strategies and program effectiveness
- Assist in building executive-ready materials, including briefings, presentations, and program decks
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
