Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology roles spanning engineering, cloud operations, or technical consulting
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, including compute, networking, storage, and virtualization technologies
- Experience designing and deploying infrastructure using Azure Portal and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, scripting languages, and automation frameworks
- Knowledge of Azure governance tools such as cost management, policy, security center, and monitoring/log analytics
- Proven ability to lead technical delivery across multiple client engagements in a consulting or managed services model
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex cloud environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed, virtual-first teams
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership across managed services engagements, ensuring consistent delivery quality, technical alignment, and client satisfaction
- Partner with managed services leadership to coordinate service delivery functions and improve cross-service collaboration
- Act as a technical subject matter expert supporting presales teams to align solution design with delivery capabilities and expectations
- Participate in architectural governance discussions, offering guidance on complex Azure-based solutions and delivery approaches
- Coach and mentor engineers and delivery teams in a player-coach capacity, supporting upskilling and technical growth
- Help resolve delivery blockers and support project execution to maintain engagement momentum and billable targets
- Facilitate change management processes, including scope adjustments and project extensions in collaboration with solution architects
- Drive alignment across cloud practices, ensuring cohesive architecture across multiple technology domains and client environments
