- Curiosity and ability to understand customer challenges and align solutions effectively
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach platforms
- Ability to work across time zones with partial overlap with U.S. business hours
- High energy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists within pharma, biotech, and related industries
- Execute personalized outbound campaigns عبر email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate interest
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with ideal customer profiles
- Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives and support pipeline development
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach campaigns
- Track all activities, leads, and performance metrics using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
