Requirements
- Strong experience in UX and visual/brand design
- Experience within DTC or e-commerce environments
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work for consumer-facing brands
- Preference for wellness, supplements, or premium lifestyle products in portfolio
- Ability to balance conversion-focused design with strong visual and brand storytelling
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in modern UX/UI design workflows
- Experience collaborating with growth, performance marketing, or acquisition-focused teams
- Strong understanding of direct-response principles and how design impacts conversion rates
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based setup
- Strong attention to detail and ability to elevate existing design systems without losing performance intent
- Availability aligned with European working hours preferred
Responsibilities
- Redesign and optimize landing pages and product pages to improve visual hierarchy, UX flow, and overall brand presentation while maintaining conversion performance
- Translate performance-driven, copy-heavy layouts into more visual, engaging, and brand-aligned digital experiences
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to ensure design decisions support experimentation, conversion goals, and user acquisition metrics
- Develop and refine UX structures that improve readability, engagement, and customer journey clarity across web pages
- Contribute to the evolution of brand identity across digital touchpoints, including web and email design systems
- Balance direct-response marketing requirements with elevated visual storytelling and premium brand positioning
- Use Figma to design, iterate, and deliver production-ready design assets for implementation
