Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role in software or AI-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile project management methodologies.
- Experience managing large, cross-functional engineering teams and complex technical projects.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear technical execution plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience tracking project dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or advanced technology environments is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Technical Project Manager in coordinating project execution, escalating predefined issues, and ensuring smooth delivery across teams.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution by tracking progress, managing dependencies, and adjusting plans based on evolving requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Manage communication across technical, product, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Resolve blockers proactively to maintain development velocity and team productivity.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination across large engineering teams (50+ members).
- Ensure stakeholders receive consistent updates on progress, risks, and changes.
- Drive post-project reviews and implement improvements to optimize future delivery processes.
