Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or junior project management roles in fast-paced environments such as fintech, tech, or startups.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex updates for diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution in all deliverables.
- Comfortable working in remote, distributed, and fast-changing environments.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive initiatives independently.
- Familiarity or strong interest in fintech, digital banking, or crypto-related environments is a plus.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to stay structured under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of key product and organizational initiatives, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Coordinate project lifecycles, including planning, tracking, documentation, and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in cross-functional workflows and help design scalable process improvements.
- Maintain project timelines, dependencies, and status reporting to ensure transparency and accountability across teams.
- Build and manage dashboards to track KPIs, project progress, and operational performance metrics.
- Produce clear and concise reports and insights to support executive-level decision-making.
- Own governance processes by maintaining accurate documentation, playbooks, and internal knowledge systems.
- Support continuous improvement of project management methodologies, adapting Agile and Lean practices to a remote-first environment.
- Facilitate communication across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment and execution quality.
- Contribute to operational excellence by proactively identifying risks and ensuring timely resolution of blockers.
