Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, project leadership, account management, or client services roles.
  • Proven experience developing marketing strategies, defining KPIs, and building execution roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong background managing multiple brands or client accounts in parallel.
  • Experience in budgeting, performance tracking, and marketing reporting.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and build trusted relationships.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments, including high-stakes or complex industries.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and AI-powered marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Strong English proficiency (native or near-native level preferred).
  • Proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently with strong ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client business goals, including defining priorities, roadmaps, and KPIs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, leading strategic discussions and providing clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, timelines, and scope adherence.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring consistent delivery and prioritisation across projects.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver structured reporting and actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Own budgeting, planning, and reporting processes to ensure financial and operational transparency.
  • Guide clients in strategic decision-making and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
