Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing digital products.
- Proven experience shipping real products independently, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including interaction and visual design.
- Experience working as a solo or early-stage designer in a fast-moving product organization.
- Strong ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive, user-centric experiences.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and motion principles.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to ship production-quality products.
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for design outcomes and product impact.
- Currently working in a product-based organization.
- Nice to have: experience designing AI-first or agent-based user experiences.
- Nice to have: exposure to fintech, crypto, or stablecoin-based systems.
- Nice to have: experience with premium consumer product design standards.
- Nice to have: familiarity with React Native collaboration environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design across mobile and web platforms, including onboarding, account setup, payments, transactions, and settings experiences.
- Design interaction patterns for an AI-driven financial agent, including chat-based actions, automation flows, recommendations, and approvals.
- Create intuitive UX frameworks for proactive banking experiences such as insights, predictions, financial optimization, and user guidance.
- Define and evolve a scalable design system and premium visual language covering typography, hierarchy, motion, and UI consistency.
- Prototype and iterate quickly with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features at speed.
- Simplify complex financial and backend systems (payments, balances, compliance, automation) into clear, user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and translate them into actionable product improvements.
- Continuously raise the bar for design craft, usability, and visual polish across the product experience.
