Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across diverse industries
  • Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable SAP EC solutions
  • Configure and optimise Employee Central modules including Position Management, Global Assignments, and Time Off
  • Collaborate with clients to define and document HR processes and system requirements
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
  • Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning
  • Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
