Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across diverse industries
Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable SAP EC solutions
Configure and optimise Employee Central modules including Position Management, Global Assignments, and Time Off
Collaborate with clients to define and document HR processes and system requirements
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning
Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
