Requirements
- AI Fluency & Technical Intuition: practical understanding of LLMs and Generative AI tools.
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Privacy Ops, or Program Management within a fast-paced SaaS technology company.
- Expert Knowledge of SaaS Ecosystems: understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and data movement in multi-tenant environments.
- Privacy-First Mindset: significant experience with privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
- Masterful Communication: ability to navigate internal politics and build consensus.
- High Autonomy: proven track record of thriving in a remote-first environment with little oversight.
- Agility in Ambiguity: comfortable working in the gray space and building foundational systems.
- Grit and Emotional Intelligence: team-oriented professional with a sense of humor who can stay calm while managing high-stakes projects.
Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee the enterprise-wide AI Asset Library.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Legal, Engineering, and Sales.
- Map and document the entire lifecycle of data, from source origins to final usage.
- Design and execute high-velocity operational workflows (AIIAs and Model Cards) to assess privacy, ethical, and legal risks.
- Maintain and evolve procurement processes for new AI tools.
- Conduct deep-dive operational audits of vendor AI capabilities.
- Translate high-level governance into actionable, high-performance playbooks.
- Independently lead the effort to ensure AI messaging remains consistent, clear, and authoritative.
- Expertly navigate complex stakeholder interests across the global organization.
- Provide essential data maps and asset intelligence for critical incident response.
