Requirements
- 5+ years of professional development experience shipping iOS apps
- Strong experience with Swift and UIKit
- Strong experience with modern iOS app architectures
- Strong experience with common third-party libraries and frameworks
- Experience working with iOS CoreBluetooth
- Knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy
- Experience with collaborative development on complex shared codebases
- Proficiency with Git, branching, and standard code review workflows
- Focus on quality through unit tests and manual testing
- Ability to convert ambiguous problems into solutions that can be implemented and shipped under your technical leadership
Responsibilities
- Architect, design and build new features in the Connectivity team
- Collaborate closely with our Firmware and Platform teams
- Ensure consistency across our apps
- Keep an eye on where iOS development is going and actively prototype and try out new frameworks and ways of working that improve our productivity
- Work with us to develop systems to ensure we provide performant, maintainable apps and improve the developer experience as we scale
