Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth data science, or a similar role
- Strong expertise in mobile marketing measurement, including SKAdNetwork and Mobile Measurement Partners such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and experimentation
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and incrementality measurement
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Sigma for data visualization and reporting
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of mobile marketing measurement frameworks, ensuring accurate tracking and optimization in a privacy-first landscape
- Build and maintain marketing analytics dashboards, delivering clear, real-time insights to stakeholders across teams
- Analyze campaign and creative performance across paid social channels, optimizing spend efficiency through metrics such as CPM and IPM
- Conduct deep cohort analysis to understand user behavior, retention, and monetization, identifying high-value audience segments
- Partner with marketing and finance teams to evaluate incrementality, run experiments, and support financial forecasting
- Monitor industry trends and evolving privacy regulations to maintain a competitive edge in marketing analytics and data science practices
