Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics consulting, Life Sciences analytics, or commercial excellence roles
  • Strong expertise in designing Life Sciences analytics solutions such as sales force effectiveness, segmentation, launch analytics, and omnichannel measurement
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical frameworks and solution designs
  • Experience working with Life Sciences data sources such as CRM, sales, prescription, or engagement datasets (e.g., IQVIA, Veeva, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong understanding of KPI definition, data transformation logic, and analytical workflows
  • Excellent client-facing communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts
  • Strong consulting mindset with ability to balance delivery, pre-sales, and solution development responsibilities
  • Structured, impact-oriented approach to problem solving and decision-making
  • Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution design for Life Sciences analytics use cases, including sales performance, launch analytics, field force effectiveness, HCP targeting, and omnichannel engagement
  • Define scalable solution blueprints covering data inputs, KPI logic, analytical models, and business outputs
  • Translate complex Life Sciences business challenges into structured, actionable, and industrializable analytics solutions
  • Contribute to billable client engagements, taking ownership of analytical design and solution architecture
  • Ensure delivered solutions are aligned with business needs and successfully adopted by commercial and medical teams
  • Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution proposals, demos, and effort estimations
  • Partner with sales and account teams to articulate analytics-driven value and commercial impact
  • Build reusable analytics assets, KPI frameworks, and accelerators to standardize delivery across projects
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure solutions are scalable, production-ready, and reusable
  • Act as solution owner during delivery, validating outputs, analytical logic, and business alignment
