Experience: 4+ years

Requirements

4+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house
A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions
Knowledge of technical implications in design decisions
The ability to take ownership of design process and work as self-directed member of the development team
High UX focus and an understanding of customer behaviour
Clean visual design sense
Skills in typography and grids
A love for problem-solving

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and business needs
Identify key metrics for projects and take ownership for achieving their success
Research and bring forward new findings and learnings to reach company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new features
Design products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes
Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
Implementing solutions with the Technology team, and presenting actions during design reviews
Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it
