Requirements
- Proven experience in a digital product design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs
- Proven experience designing mobile products
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Familiarity with maintaining and contributing to design systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional UX/UI design that balances usability, visual appeal, and business objectives
- Make strategic design decisions based on data, user research, and industry best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and other teams to ensure designs align with business goals
- Communicate and advocate for design decisions through compelling storytelling to both internal and external stakeholders
- Champion the use of design systems and maintain brand consistency across all products
