- 2-5 years building web applications with experience shipping features in production environments
- Full-stack development skills
- Experience with web frameworks (Rails preferred)
- Experience with frontend frameworks and libraries (NextJS and React preferred)
- Experience with SQL databases
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Clear technical communication skills
- Understanding of web application fundamentals including authentication/authorization
- Understanding of caching
- Understanding of background processing
- Understanding of API design principles (GraphQL preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own the end to end product development lifecycle of identifying, designing, and shipping large initiatives for clients and advisors
- Produce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable code
- Work cross functionally with product leadership, design, and business partners to deliver the best product
