Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, product management, or a similar role
- At least 2 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science initiatives
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification or experience
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in an Agile environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Exceptional conflict-resolution skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple AI development teams
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives)
- Implement and continuously improve agile methodologies and processes tailored for AI/ML development
- Manage data dependencies, model training pipelines, and MLOps workflows
- Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies
- Monitor and report on key program metrics, team velocity, and project status to stakeholders
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for specific components or services within the AI Factory
- Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for the AI team
- Clearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics for new AI features, models, and platform capabilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the AI development team and key internal stakeholders
- Continuously assess and track the business value delivered by the AI models and platforms
