Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 1 – 2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL
- Exposure to stored procedures is a plus
- Detail orientation, quality consciousness and operational mindset are key
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Analytics Consulting is an advantage
- Experience having worked with people in different time-zones
- Experience leading the delivery of analytic results to the client (internal or external)
- Master’s degree in these disciplines OR MBA/PGDM/Equivalent (Preferred)
- Product development/ management/operations experience (Preferred)
- US Healthcare Expertise (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support client business processes and operations activities for on-time and high-quality deliverables
- Combine best-in-class operational and analytic skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Collaborate with Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead to deliver operational items
- Understand and clearly communicate client business issues, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures
- Understand, execute, and suggest improvements to pre-defined operational processes
- Implement process improvements in operational processes and identify opportunities with Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead
- Develop strong understanding of operational processes, data, tools & technology to effectively translate business to technology & vice versa
- Apply quality checks and validations on all deliverables and report back results
- Execute defined operational models for clients with standard operating procedures, quality assurance quality checks, governance criteria, roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (potentially in different time-zones) to ensure smooth delivery to client
- Assist engineering team to implement new/improved operational procedures by providing knowledge and testing
- Work on multiple client tasks, strengthening analytic, task management and communication skills
- Carry out secondary research as needed
- Investigate client questions related to operational deliveries
