3–5 years of real estate experience specifically focused on large-scale multifamily assets (100+ units)
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
Creation of complex underwriting templates/pro formas
High proficiency in using AI tools to enhance deal analysis and operational efficiency
Exceptional written English for professional broker outreach and material preparation
Proven ability to manage high-volume "top of funnel" sourcing independently in a fast-paced, lean environment

Responsibilities

Scour online brokerages and platforms to identify assets that match specific investment criteria, filtering approximately 30 deals to find 1 viable acquisition
Execute standardized email outreach to brokers to request off-market opportunities and schedule introductory calls for the partners
Conduct comprehensive financial underwriting for multifamily assets (100+ units), ensuring accuracy in cash flow projections and ROI
Provide specialized underwriting for new construction projects in different states to support investor and partner decision-making
Participate in Due Diligence process of properties under a PSA
Create bank packages that include detailed pro formas, deal summaries, and lender pitch materials, including professional brochures and presentations
Integrate AI tools into the daily workflow to increase deal-processing speed and maintain a scalable sourcing procedure
