Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience successfully guiding software sales through multiple internal and buyer stakeholders
  • Resourcefulness & Hustle: ability to figure things out, comfortable with cold calls and on-site visits
  • Financial Acumen: comfortable talking numbers, budget cycles, ROI, and presenting revenue models
  • Attentiveness & Organization: incredible attention to detail and impeccable pipeline hygiene in CRM
  • AI-Forward Mindset: embraces AI as a daily sales co-pilot (e.g., call transcript analysis, personalized outreach, note summarization, CRM automation)
  • Strong communication: writes fast, clearly, with impeccable grammar, high EQ
  • Team Player: balances competitive nature with supporting others
  • Recent startup experience (bonus)
  • Experience selling software in the multi-family real estate (PropTech) industry (bonus)
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) (bonus)
  • Familiarity with access control hardware (e.g., LPR cameras, fobs, clickers) or willingness to learn (bonus)
  • Background in parking, real estate, or property management (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, source, and close a robust pipeline of deals through cold outreach, inbound channels, and networking.
  • Manage an average 75-day sales cycle.
  • Master the building-by-building sales motion.
  • Build relationships and win the buy-in of onsite Property Managers.
  • Demonstrate how Parkade solves daily operational nightmares (e.g., guest parking abuse, enforcement headaches, and waitlist management).
  • Confidently present revenue models to prospects.
  • Demonstrate how Parkade’s platform offsets software fees and unlocks new, recurring property revenue to improve building NOI.
  • Conduct thorough discovery on a building's current infrastructure to understand their baseline operations.
  • Ensure accurate, detailed documentation in the CRM.
  • Execute a seamless, hard handoff to Implementation and Success teams.
