Job Details

5+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling robust automation frameworks.
Deep understanding of software quality assurance methodologies.
Proven experience in Agile environments, specifically utilizing TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails.
Extensive experience with Cucumber (Gherkin).
Extensive experience with RSpec.
Extensive experience with FactoryBot.
Extensive experience with Capybara.
Extensive experience with Selenium.
Extensive experience with SitePrism.
Extensive experience with HTML/CSS.
Extensive experience with JavaScript.
Proficiency in Bitbucket for version control.
Comfort level navigating complex ticket-based workflows (Jira).

Shape and execute a comprehensive automated / Manual testing strategy that scales with our platform.
Design sophisticated test scenarios covering front-end features, back-end data integrity, third-party integrations, and strict regulatory compliance.
Build and maintain a sustainable library of functional and integration tests, including program code for automated scripts and high-fidelity test data.
Partner with Product and Engineering to review functional specifications, identifying edge cases and defining requirements for end-to-end use cases.
Adhere to and optimize our formal workflows. You will validate functionality, enhance code quality through peer reviews, and provide transparent reporting on test results.
Act as an intermediate-to-senior technical resource, working in a tight feedback loop with the Product and Tech teams to deliver collaborative, high-quality solutions.
