- Build and lead enterprise and account-based marketing strategy with the CMO, Sales leadership, and Revenue Operations.
- Develop tiered ABM programs for strategic accounts, account clusters, and broader segments, with target-account criteria and success measures.
- Create repeatable account plays for Sales and Marketing, measuring account progression and opportunity creation.
- Lead, coach, and develop demand generation and field marketing team members; set priorities, ownership, and performance expectations.
- Lead integrated campaigns from business objective and audience insight through messaging, creative, activation, and optimization.
- Write campaign briefs aligning messaging, content, creative, channels, Sales participation, timelines, and metrics.
- Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Product on lifecycle programs for engagement, renewal, advocacy, and expansion.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new feature launches with communication and advertising plans.
- Own the campaign calendar and planning, launch-readiness, and post-campaign review cadence; report on performance and use results to improve programs.
