  • Minimum 10 Years of experience in product marketing
  • Experienced building, scaling and leading teams
  • Background in brand marketing, or a strategic combination of both
  • Proven track record of leading strategy and executing on measurable impact during periods of rapid expansion in a high-growth scale-up
  • Experience helping a business from •20M+ ARR
  • Strategic Thinker: can set long-term direction and make trade-offs in a fast-moving environment
  • Commercially Driven: clear view of how marketing contributes to the bottom line
  • Exceptional Communicator: align stakeholders and turn complex product capabilities into compelling narratives
  • Self-Starter: moves proactively without heavy guidance
  • Experience in managing a (small) team (bonus skill)

Responsibilities

  • Research new territories/segments and lead constant experiments on which areas to scale, using data-driven testing to sharpen ICP, messaging, and localized GTM approaches.
  • Act as the "voice of the market" for Commercial, Product and Engineering teams by owning ICP segmentation.
  • Influence marketing campaigns and the roadmap by prioritizing features based on customer needs, competitive differentiation, and commercial ROI.
  • Define a strategic brand vision that significantly expands top funnel presence, increases consideration, and shortens sales cycles.
  • Develop and own a framework that connects product and brand marketing work to commercial outcomes such as pipeline influence, win-rate improvements, and conversion uplift.
  • Build and scale a high performing team, always performing with a close link to revenue growth.
  • Manage but also not afraid to execute when needed.
