Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior technology leader, ideally as CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent in a high-scale SaaS environment
- Strong background in software architecture and hands-on engineering expertise
- Demonstrated success leading large, distributed engineering organizations across multiple technical domains
- Deep understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Strong experience with large-scale data systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong experience with backend and full-stack technologies such as Java, Python, React, Rust, MySQL, and search systems like Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
- Proven ability to lead AI/ML adoption and drive engineering transformation through emerging technologies
- Strong leadership skills with a people-first mindset and commitment to building healthy, high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in high-scale, high-complexity environments with billions of monthly data events
- Strong alignment with values centered on trust, collaboration, and treating people well
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall technology strategy across software engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, DevOps, and product development
- Oversee and mentor directors and engineering leaders across a technical organization of 55+ professionals
- Drive innovation and product evolution, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS solutions for large-scale data processing environments
- Architect complex systems and actively contribute to solving critical engineering challenges when needed
- Lead the adoption and integration of AI-driven development paradigms across engineering teams and product workflows
- Ensure system reliability and scalability across AWS-based infrastructure and hybrid data center environments
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technical direction with long-term organizational goals
- Foster a strong engineering culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
