Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Significant focus on manufacturing environments
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification
- Proven experience leading at least one large-scale migration to AWS
- Deep, hands-on expertise with core AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, AWS Backup, Direct Connect)
- Expertise in architecting complex hybrid-cloud environments
- Direct experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of production constraints and shop floor systems (MES/SCADA)
- Direct experience with manufacturing data collection systems (AC4D/Plant Manager, AutoCount)
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (Radius, eFlow, PrintFlow)
- Knowledge of regulatory landscape for food and pharmaceutical packaging (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP)
- Hands-on experience with AWS IoT services
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock for data analysis
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
