Responsibilities

Build systems that live inside clinical workflows, integrating Heidi with EHRs
Turn clinical complexity into simple experiences by absorbing billing rules, compliance, and payer constraints
Build for trust and quality with clean, testable code, strong interfaces, thoughtful error handling, and observability
Own outcomes, ensuring built features help clinicians and improve practice revenue
Ship agentic workflow functionality where AI assists with extraction, reconciliation, and drafting, with human review and controls
Operate in close collaboration, including frequent pairing and shared ownership of design and implementation
Grow with the domain, learning how healthcare organizations operate, especially for US customers, and translating that into product improvements
