Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of shipping successful digital products
- Experience managing products in high-traffic consumer web platforms, subscription businesses, e-commerce, adtech, or SaaS
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership and measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban)
- Expert-level proficiency with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar)
- Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and technical architecture
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and growth strategies
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and user research methodologies
- Knowledge of online marketing channels, SEO fundamentals, and digital acquisition strategies
- Complete fluency in English is essential
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities
- Make strategic decisions on feature prioritization using frameworks like RICE, value vs. effort, and customer impact analysis
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams
- Work within Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban) to manage product backlogs and sprint planning
- Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion
- Monitor product KPIs, user behavior analytics, and funnel performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive initiatives across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
