  • Deep expertise in Local SEO for storefront or service-based businesses
  • Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, schema, site structure, and link strategy
  • Strong working command of Screaming Frog
  • Strong working command of Google Search Console
  • Strong working command of Ahrefs or SEMrush
  • Strong working command of Google Analytics 4
  • Strong working command of Google Tag Manager
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Familiarity with basic HTML or CSS
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, execution-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic and local SEO strategies for a portfolio of law firm clients, aligned to real business growth goals
  • Conduct technical, content, and backlink audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Local Falcon
  • Build prioritized SEO roadmaps based on audit findings, performance data, and competitive analysis
  • Execute local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile optimization, localized content improvements, local link acquisition, and reputation strategy
  • Analyze local ranking factors including proximity, SERP behavior, prominence, relevance, and trust signals
  • Partner with developers, designers, and content teams to implement technical and UX improvements
  • Support link building, outreach, and digital PR initiatives
  • Deliver clear, results-focused performance reporting and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Stay current on algorithm updates, local search changes, emerging tools, and AI-driven search developments
  • Contribute to internal documentation, workflow improvements, and knowledge sharing
