Job Details

Strong hands-on expertise in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, structured data systems, and automation logic.
Proven experience building workflows using Zapier and/or Make (Integromat).
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integration principles.
Experience structuring and optimizing Notion for operational or knowledge management use cases.
AI-native mindset with practical experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and system thinking.
Experience designing or maintaining operational systems in early-stage or fast-growth environments.
Background in revenue operations, growth automation, or internal tooling is highly valuable.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build systems without detailed instructions.
Strong curiosity and passion for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Design, build, and maintain advanced Google Sheets systems for tracking, reporting, and automated workflows.
Develop and manage multi-step automations using tools such as Zapier and/or Make.
Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize API integrations, webhooks, and cross-platform system connections.
Structure and maintain Notion as a centralized knowledge base and operational workflow hub.
Build AI-powered workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI systems.
Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively design scalable automation solutions.
Document systems, workflows, and processes to ensure clarity, maintainability, and scalability.
Connect CRM, marketing, and fulfillment systems into unified automated pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical automation solutions.
Continuously refine and optimize internal systems to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
