Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, client strategy, enterprise account management, or growth-focused roles
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of management or strategy consulting experience, including at manager or project leader level
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, or population health industries
  • Proven track record of driving account retention, expansion, and revenue growth in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across executive-level audiences
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex commercial discussions
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in strategy development and execution planning
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments strongly preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30–50% as required
  • Strong proficiency in using AI tools to support research, client communication, and strategic analysis

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute client strategies for long-term retention, expansion, and health outcomes
  • Partner deeply with clients and consultants to understand organizational priorities and align solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Clinical, Operations) to reflect client needs in product direction and execution
  • Act as a key voice of the customer internally, translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on retention, expansion, and long-term growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers
  • Own revenue retention targets and drive renewal success through proactive account management
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities through strategic planning and contract negotiations
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support development of account strategies, forecasting, and executive-level reporting
