Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in analytics, data science, financial modeling, risk modeling, climate modeling, or related quantitative fields
  • 1–2 years of product management experience working with data products or model-based systems
  • Strong academic background in Engineering, Sciences, Commerce, or another quantitative discipline
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis and product validation
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear business and product requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience creating executive-level materials
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in leveraging them to improve productivity and decision-making
  • Exposure to insurance, real estate, or risk modeling domains is a plus
  • Experience with computer vision or machine learning products is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for data-driven and computer vision-based features, from ideation and discovery through to delivery and iteration
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for machine learning and risk modeling solutions by analyzing complex datasets and business needs
  • Translate data science insights into clear product requirements and engineering specifications to guide development teams
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to build, validate, and improve predictive models and AI-powered features
  • Act as the subject matter expert for model-driven products when engaging with customers, partners, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for product innovation
  • Continuously iterate on product features in a fast-paced environment, leveraging feedback and performance data to improve outcomes
  • Support the integration of advanced AI and computer vision capabilities into scalable data products
