Responsibilities
- Support the UX teams in both India and US with research requests including scoping initiatives.
- Coordinate testing needs and synthesize findings to enhance user experiences.
- Facilitate in-field research and post-research synthesis through analysis.
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative research like moderated testing and surveys.
- Assist the team in keeping the ongoing research library up-to-date.
- Build wireframes and interactive prototypes within agile sprint timelines.
- Enable a test and iterate approach for product development.
