Experience with product governance and risk management (preferred)
Track record of end-to-end project delivery (preferred)

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex operational and regulatory challenges
Frame solutions from first principles and drive them to completion
Build and own frameworks to manage inter-group outsourcing services
Manage performance management, risk assessment, and strategic ownership of service execution for outsourcing
Coordinate delivery across compliance, legal, product, and operations to deliver first-in-class products
Design and implement scalable operational controls
Span vendor due diligence pipelines, risk monitoring, and service performance using RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation
