Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and large-format work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Solid knowledge of print production and file preparation
- Experience working with printers/vendors
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish
- Illustration skills
- Basic video editing ability
- Experience designing for retail or physical storefront environments
- Comfortable using collaboration and project management tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cohesive branding and visual identity systems
- Ensure consistency across all physical marketing materials
- Create custom illustrations and graphic elements when needed
- Design storefront window graphics and large-format visuals
- Create print-ready materials such as flyers, postcards, signage, stickers, and packaging
- Prepare accurate production files and coordinate with vendors/printers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute creative direction
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
